For programs seeking a full transformation experience, the Excellence Package offers comprehensive, end-to-end support through all six phases of the consulting process, including leadership coaching, staff training, documentation preparation, and pre-visit readiness support, with investment levels beginning at $12,000 and adjusted based on program size and scope.
