The Jones Community Foundation is a community-centered organization committed to strengthening individuals and families through workforce readiness, mentorship, and supportive services. Established in 2023, the foundation focuses on creating pathways to stability and growth by offering programs such as the More Than A Job workforce initiative, youth and adult counseling, CDL job referrals, business consultation, and youth mentoring. Through practical support and meaningful relationships, The Jones Community Foundation works to connect lives and create solutions that promote long-term success.
